Terms, Policies & Agreements
These pages set out how DAIGON works with schools, parents and students. If you need a specific document for a procurement pack and it is not here, email legal@daigonesports.com and we will send it.
If you are a school
Start with the School Terms of Service, which is the agreement your school is signed up to. The Data Processing Agreement sets out how we handle student data on your instructions, and the Sub-processor Register lists the providers that handle student data. If your safeguarding lead is reviewing us, send them the Safeguarding page.
If you are a parent
The Privacy Notice explains what information is used about your child. The short answer is their first name, the initial of their family name, their year group and their school. Nothing else.
Where you pay DAIGON directly for a club place, the activity has still been arranged between DAIGON and your child’s school. The school decides which activities run, who takes part and what information is shared with us; you are paying for a place your school has set up. Any question about the activity itself goes to your school first. Anything about a payment goes to support@daigonesports.com.
If you are a student
Read the Acceptable Use & Conduct page. It covers what is expected of you when you play, and how to tell someone if something happens that does not feel right.

Some documents are shared with schools, partners and auditors on request rather than published: our Global Data Protection Policy, our Global Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy, our jurisdictional annexes for the UK, EU, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the United States, our Data Protection Impact Assessment, our transfer impact assessments, our records of processing activities, and a standalone Data Processing Agreement where your procurement process requires one. Who you are contracting with
DAIGON operates through two entities. Schools in the European Union contract with DAIGON EU Ltd, incorporated in Malta. All other schools contract with Daigon Esports Ltd, incorporated in England and Wales, company number 14554797, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.
