For parents · Not all screen time is equal

Meet your children where they are

DAIGON structures game time so students take more out of their gaming experience — safely, and with real benefits.

Safeguarding

Keeping your children safe

Your child's safety is our top priority. Every protection is built into how the club runs.

Age-appropriate games

DAIGON curates age-appropriate games, using ratings like PEGI in our selection process.

Secure platform

DAIGON's closed platform guarantees a secure and private experience for all users.

Partnering with schools

Competitions include only peers from DAIGON's closed network of international schools.

By design

Private servers, club hours only, minimal data.

Students can only log in when their teacher opens a session, and the link locks when it ends. Nobody outside DAIGON’s closed network of schools can join, and we never use open social gaming platforms.

The benefits

Benefits of esports and gaming

Esports at DAIGON isn't passive screen time — it's active, structured collaboration. As one Tech Director put it: “Would you prefer your child to be a consumer (scrolling TikTok) or a collaborator — creating, problem-solving, competing?”

Sharper cognitive skills

Just 10 hours of action gaming produces substantial gains in spatial attention and mental rotation. 3D games also improve memory recall and logical reasoning (peer-reviewed research).

Enhanced creativity

Even a short amount of time playing video games can put people into a highly creative frame of mind — like other forms of structured play.

Stronger social bonds

67% of students said friendship bonds grew during DAIGON tournaments. 95% of friendships were maintained or grew through competition — far beyond the screen.

Transparent reporting

A termly report you can actually read.

Every session earns stamps across eight skills — four 21st-century skills and four gaming skills. At the end of each term you get a report showing badge progress, skill development and participation.
